Headteacher’s Welcome

I would like to wish you a warm welcome to St Mary’s Primary School. We are a small, nurturing one form entry school in Chessington with a big family of committed staff and pupils. We aspire to be the absolute best we can be and we love to learn! We believe that each one of us is unique and that learning must be tailored to help everyone to fulfil their potential. We want all pupils to feel happy, safe and valued. At St Mary’s, we believe that learning must be meaningful and memorable so that our pupils are prepared for the next stage of their education and beyond. We place the children at the centre of all we do and build upon the foundations of knowledge and skills they have.

Within a secure and nurturing environment, we strive to develop the potential of each pupil in partnership with our families, staff and governors.

If you would like to find out more about our school, then we would love to welcome you to visit us.

Morning all sorry for the lack of photos…technical issues. All children slept (although it at has taken a bit of time to settle) and have fed and watered well this morning. They are happy, loud and still super energetic. They have several layers of suntan lotion, full bottles of water and are ready to go. Update again as and when. Thank you George and Emmeline
